Over the past ten years, running, hiking, and trekking have been my healers. They clear my mind and make my body feel strong. Well, minus the achy knees, janky hip, and overly tight hamstings. Through it all I found myself continually returning to my yoga mat. It was a great complement to my life and also brought me peace and clarity of mind and body.

Now in my NE Portland home yoga studio, Eight Limbs Yoga House, I teach others that through the practice of yoga you can find happiness, peace, and strength of mind and body.

Outside of yoga class, and off the trails, you can find me at the farmers market, sitting in a local tea shop reading while I munch on a cookie, or at a friends house enjoying a vegetarian BBQ (isn't that so Portland!).
