It's natural that we're inclined to set resolutions and goals at the beginning of the year, for we want this year to be different and better than last year. What often happens, though, is that the resolutions and goals we set at the beginning of the year are forgotten or become disappointments by the time we reach the middle of the year. Even worse, the things that matter most to us are often the things we've taken the least action on. This Lab is designed to prevent that from happening to you, and to allow you to think ‘big picture’ about the legacy you want to leave. We'll cover how to align your goals with your values, set a theme for the year that makes decision-making easier, convert ideas into doable, realistic goals, and turn goals into plans.
