Third Wave Coffee Tours in Portland

My mom and I took "A Streetcar Named Delicious" tour, and it was outstanding. In addition to tasting, the tour included a demo of brewing methods and a demo of a "cupping" -- which gave us an opportunity to compare the aromas and flavors of a few varieties. It was quite interactive, and I loved all of the destinations, which were all new to me. A great way to spend a morning and learn about Portland coffee culture!
