The Portland Children's Museum is an active place and we always need high energy individuals to help lend a hand.
The Clay Studio Volunteer position is the foundation for moving on to higher-level tasks within the Clay Studio such as leading clay glazing workshops or running the potter’s wheel.
As a Maker Studio Volunteer, you can share your love of art with adults and children as they create masterpieces out of recycled materials!
Play Guides frequently work in our exhibits, studios, and help with special projects, and when things get busy we turn to the Play Guide to help us handle the crowds.
