Sup Fusion where paddle boarding, fitness, and yoga meet!
SUP Fusion sessions begin with a 15 minute intro paddling lesson. Followed by a guided paddle to our on water studio location where we begin our class. Sup Fusion incorporates elements of yoga, pilates, barre, interval training, and body weight resistance training, with the added challenge of floating on water. A whole body conditioning class that is focused on improving agility, balance, strength, and paddling technique. No experience is required. Must be able to swim.
