Rejuvenate and restore your mind and body with a gentle yoga practice. Studies show that simply looking at trees and the color green can lower blood pressure, reduce stress, and improve your mood. The Manor House Fireplace Room, with its wooden floors and beautiful views of the surrounding forest is an ideal spot to practice while feeling immersed in nature. Optimize your overall well-being through breath awareness, improved joint mobility and increased strength and flexibility.
All levels welcome and supported. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket or thick beach towel and wear comfortable clothing. Yoga blocks are helpful but not required. Ages 18 and over.
