His signature is his ability to get you connected with chefs, winemakers and of course the great local food. We offer 2 1/2 day packages that include restaurants, wineries and cooking classes. We also offer "A La Carte" day trips for those with a shorter itinerary. Great local dining, wine country, farmers' market, and hands-on mastery of wood-fired oven cookery, rotisserie and sous vide methods.
